Yoga for Teens at Esther Myers Yoga Studio
EM Yoga Studio offers yoga classes for teens (aged 13-18). These classes focus on developing relaxation using breathing and movement to help teens improve body awareness and relieve stress. Yoga is a wonderful way for teens to increase flexibility, improve concentration, gain strength & have fun in a supportive, non-competitive environment. With the increasingly busy schedules many teens face today, the classes will offer a time for teens to focus on themselves. These classes are open to teens of all levels, and modifications will be offered for anyone with physical challenges or injuries.
Yoga 4 Kids

Darshan Yoga Studio
This fun, fluid class is an excellent introduction to yoga postures for teens. Particular attention is paid to relaxing the body and mind through breathing exercises and restful meditation, while the physical practice strengthens the body, lengthens the muscles, and builds confidence.

Yoda Yoga for Kids
The Yoda Yoga Program offers modular programs based on a 20 minute class period. Depending on the schedule of the school, eight to nine classes can be accommodated in a morning session and another six to seven in an afternoon session.
