Yoga for Teens at Esther Myers Yoga Studio

EM Yoga Studio offers yoga classes for teens (aged 13-18). These classes focus on developing relaxation using breathing and movement to help teens improve body awareness and relieve stress. Yoga is a wonderful way for teens to increase flexibility, improve concentration, gain strength & have fun in a supportive, non-competitive environment. With the increasingly busy schedules many teens face today, the classes will offer a time for teens to focus on themselves. These classes are open to teens of all levels, and modifications will be offered for anyone with physical challenges or injuries.
